Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is known as a strong leader; he likes to sort out matter by talking and discussions but if the other party is not in the mood for that, he can also respond in the manner in which the opposition understands.
He did something of this sort with Pakistan when he allowed the Indian Army to conduct a surgical strike across the LoC where Pakistan sponsored terrorists were waiting for the right moment to infiltrate into India. Earlier, there were moments when he offered his hand of friendship to his Pakistani counterpart but after Uri attacks, a lot had changed.
