RJ Malishka Mendonsa’s video “Mumbai tula BMC war bharosa nai ka” has gone viral just after the release and is a direct slap at BMC as it takes a jibe at their functioning style which eventually causes inconvenience to common public. For the same, two members of Yuva Sena requested municipal chief for filing a defamation suit worth Rs. 500 crore against 93.5 Red FM.
Faye D’Souza from Mirror Now lashed out at Shiv Sena for asking BMC to take an action against 93.5 Red FM and Malishka. As per her, Mumbai “generates more tax than any other part of this country; the least we can ask for is a decent road.” She further thrashed Shiv Sena and said, “You have the audacity to threaten someone who is asking you questions. Have you no shame?”

Also a breeder apparently and back soon Just to inform, BMC sent a notice to Lily Mendonsa, mother of Malishka, under Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act’s section 381B for dengue breeding which was observed in a regular inspection at her flat in Pali Naka’s Sun-rise apartments. As per the notice, a clay bowl was kept outside her flat’s door below a pot and the mosquitoes which transmit dengue were breeding in it. Aedes mosquitoes were found breeding inside the house as well in plant pots. The municipal commissioner’s office released a statement which read,
“The BMC carries out routine inspection to prevent the spread to vector-borne diseases like dengue and malaria. A similar exercise was carried out by the H/West ward office. Malishka’s name is nowhere is any of the notices.”
As per Bandra’s ward officer, Sharad Ughade, “We had carried out a routine inspection in Bandra on Tuesday when the notice was issued.” Lily will be facing prosecution with a penalty from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 10,000.
