Trollers Mocked Swara For Her Adult Scene In Veere Di Wedding. She Gave It Back To Them Perfectly

Swara Bhaskar has constantly been making headlines for all the controversial and wrong reasons ever since her much-awaited movie “Veere Di Wedding” has released. In the movie, she has played the character of a bold woman who does not hesitate in gratifying herself and this path-breaking scene has shaken the entire nation.

People, especially on social media, are criticising the scene and calling it vulgar; however, there are very few who appreciate the actress and makers for introducing the ground-breaking scene.

In the meantime, Swara referred to the gratifying act in “Veere Di Wedding” as empowering and it was highly objectionable on the part of netizens who tried to troll her. However, the actress tackled the trollers like a boss and we must applaud her approach.

A guy named Swadeept (Twitter handle – @SwadeeptSinha) took to the micro-blogging site and tweeted,

Swara gave a befitting reply to the troller and wrote,

Another girl Neha (Twitter handle – @NamoNeha) also took a jibe at Swara for calling the gratifying act empowering and wrote,

Swara shut the troller down in the most sensible way and tweeted,

Here’s what Swara told SpotboyE about the controversial scene which has made her an object of mockery and criticism on social media,

“I was expecting the shock. But I didn’t know that only grannies will be taken to see the film and they all will have a similar reaction. I am very fond of Shashanka Ghosh. So yes, I was nervous. I asked for a closed set. The only thing I told Shashanka was, ‘Let’s make the scene funny, not vulgar’. So yeah, that ‘Wait, 1 minute’ (laughs). Remember that?”

This is what she told a leading daily earlier,

“Our society is very hypocritical when it comes to standards for men and women. It is completely okay for men to do whatever they want. You can show men doing anything on screen. But for women, it becomes ‘oh bold’, ‘oh controversial’, ‘oh shocking.’ So, I knew I would be trolled.”

We must say that Swara knows how to handle trolls in the best way and shut them down like a boss!

One of the toughest jobs in cricket is to keep wickets as a wicket-keeper has to be attentive on every ball bowled and he/she has to be super quick to do the stumping.

In men’s cricket, Indian wicket-keeper MS Dhoni is considered as the fastest behind the stump while in women’s cricket, this title can easily go to the England wicket-keeper Sarah Taylor.

In the first ODI of ICC Championship that was played between England and South Africa, Sarah stumped South African batswoman with lightning pace. The match was lost by England as it scored only 189/9 in 50 overs while South Africa scored 193 for 3.

South African opener Laura Wolvaardt had just departed and Sune Luus came to bat in. The bowler Anya Shrubsole bowled a length delivery towards the leg side. Sune missed the ball and Sarah collected it; Sarah saw that Sune has walked out of crease while attempting to play the delivery; she removed the bails quickly and made an appeal. The decision was referred to the third umpire and the batswoman was declared out.

England cricket shared the video of Sune’s dismissal on Twitter with caption, “Simply incredible! @Sarah_Taylor30 with the fastest hands in the game.”

Priyanka Apologized & Said “I Am A Proud Indian”. Twitter Slammed Her Like Never Before

Priyanka Chopra has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons for some days now. Recently, her show Quantico showed Indian nationalists planning an act of violence in Manhattan so that they could put the blame on Pakistan for this.

This portrayal of Indians in a poor light was quite objectionable and Twitterati tore apart the show and the actress and made up mind of boycotting both.

After much uproar on social media, Priyanka took to the micro-blogging site Twitter to express her sense of apology and said that she was never intended to hurt anyone’s sentiments, adding that she is a proud Indian.

Here’s what she wrote,

“I’m extremely saddened and sorry that some sentiments have been hurt by a recent episode of Quantico. That was not and would never be my intention. I sincerely apologise. I’m a proud Indian and that will never change.”

Before Priyanka, ABC Studios’ producers also issued an apology on Saturday, regretting to step into “a complex political issue”, adding that their intention was not to hurt or offend anyone.

The statement read:

“ABC Studios and the executive producers of ‘Quantico’ would like to extend an apology to our audience who were offended by the most recent episode, ‘The Blood of Romeo’. The episode has stirred a lot of emotion, much of which is unfairly aimed at Priyanka Chopra, who didn’t create the show, nor does she write or direct it. She has no involvement in the casting of the show or the storylines depicted in the series.”

Here’s what they said about the show which according to them is a work of fiction,

“The show has featured antagonists of many different ethnicities and backgrounds but in this case, we inadvertently and regrettably stepped into a complex political issue. It was certainly not our intention to offend anyone.”

JEE Advanced 2018 Results Declared. Haryana Boy Topped The Exam

The results of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2018 have been declared on Sunday on the website results.jeeadv.ac.in; the examination took place on May 20. The 23 IITs are offering 11,279 seats this year all over the country.

The topper of JEE Advanced 2018 is Pranav Goyal from Panchkula, Haryana, who scored 337 marks out of 360 marks.

The second position went to Sahil Bundi from Rajasthan, the third position was taken by Kailash Gupta from Delhi and the fourth spot was secured by Jaipur’s Pawan Goyal.

Nearly 1,50,000 candidates appeared in the exam on May 20 which was for the first time totally computer-based. For the second paper, around 155,091 students appeared.

IIT Bombay Zone: Rishi Agarwal

IIT Delhi Zone: Sahil Jain

IIT Guwahti Zone: Prashant Kumar

IIT Kanpur zone: Ayush Kadam

IIT Kharagpur zone: KVR Hemant Kumar Chodipilli

Mathematician Anand Kumar’s Super 30 has once again proved that they are best in the field with 26 out of 30 students made it to the JEE-Advance for taking admission into the esteemed IITs.

This is the number of qualified candidates per zone

IIT Delhi zone – 5,072

IIT Madras zone – 3595

IIT Bombay zone – 2936

IIT Kanpur zone – 2160

IIT Kharagpur zone – 1736

IIT Roorkee zone – 1800

IIT Guwahati zone – 839

Mavuri Siva Krishna Manohar for IIT Madras zone is the topper of OBC category, while topper of SC category is Ayush Kadam from Kota and topper of ST category is Jatoth Shiva Tarun, Hyderabad.

The topper in female category is Meenal Parakh with common ranking of 6 in JEE; she scored 318 marks of 360.

Jacqueline Fernandez who is one of the most beautiful Bollywood actresses has done some breathtaking action sequences in Race 3. Shooting them was a really tough task and while doing this Jacqueline got a permanent eye injury.

Shahid Afridi is everyone’s favorite cricketer; he had delivered some awesome performances on-field and had won our hearts with his batting. He has 395 wickets and 8000 runs to his name in ODI format.

He’s not only a great cricketer but is an excellent family man as well. He loves spending time with family and often, he keeps us updated with the happenings on social media.

Proud Moment. India Wins Hero Intercontinental Cup 2018 Finals By Defeating Kenya 2-0

India and Kenya locked horns once again in the Hero Intercontinental cup Final. Sunil Chhetri once again showed a magical performance in today’s match, which further led to victory.

In the previous match, India had defeated Kenya 3-0, and in today’s match, they once again defeated Kenya by 2-0.

With today’s match, Sunil Chhetri’s total international goals became 64; yes, he became the 2nd highest International goal scorer, thereby defeating Messi. We all thought that Kenya would take revenge of their last defeat, but Sunil Chhetri didn’t let them do so.

He scored not one but 2 goals and entertained the crowd. Our hearts are filled with pride as the home team won the tournament and showed us that they can defeat anyone and everyone.

Mohit Goel Who Was To Launch Phones At Rs 251 Is Arrested

Remember Mohit Goel, the founder of Ringing Bells? Yes, you guessed it right! It’s the same company that came in limelight for claiming to provide people with the cheapest ever mobile phone of the globe, Freedom 251 at an unbelievable price of just Rs. 251.

After the inability of supplying people Freedom 251, he is caught in another controversy.

It so happened that on Sunday, Delhi cops took him into custody regarding an extortion case, as per ANI. Other than him, two other people had been detained as they allegedly made an attempt of extorting money from five businessmen who are involved in Bhiwadi gangrape case to settle charges.

Bhiwadi police detained five men last month as they purportedly raped an event manager (30) subsequent to mixing an intoxicating substance in her drink. According to the reports, she was lured on the pretext of an assignment of event management.

To name the accused arrested by cops, they are Sandeep, Sanjay Garg, Vikas Jindal, Vishu and Rakesh aged 31, 32, 38, 41 and 39 respectively. A police case was filed against them and all the accused were produced before the court.

To what extent Mohit Goel is involved in the whole ‘honey trap’ is still not certain. Just to inform, he was imprisoned for over 3 months as he was accused of fraud worth Rs. 16 lakhs by Ayam Enterprises, a firm based on Ghaziabad.

26 Students From Anand Kumar’s Super 30 Cracked IIT-JEE. Happy Moment For Hrithik Roshan

The results of Indian Institute of Technology-Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE) were declared on Sunday, June 10, and 26 out of 30 students from Super 30 academy cracked the exam.

It’s indeed a matter of extreme happiness and proud for the math wizard Anand Kumar who set up his institute in the year 2002. Ever since, has been training 30 meritorious students who belong to underprivileged backgrounds for JEE and that too free of cost and not only this, he provides them food and accommodation as well.

In fact, the journey of his life is so amazing and remarkable that a Bollywood movie on his biopic featuring Hrithik Roshan is being made. Needless to say, even Hrithik will be very happy with this year’s JEE results and must be proud of Anand.

Here’s what Anand said,

“It is immensely satisfying to see students from the remotest corners, where winds of development have not reached yet and life continues to be a struggle, competing with the best and the privileged lot.”

He told The Hindu,

“This year, the result of Super-30 is a bit less than 100%. 26 out of 30 students have cracked IIT-JEE but still I’m happy for the students and their families.”

Anand Kumar took to Facebook and posted,

“The JEE advance results for admission to IIT today has once again proved that when honest effort and hard labour combine, success is always at your doorsteps. This time again, the Super 30 students have once again proved that hard work never goes in vain, with 26 of the 30 students cracking the highly competitive exam. It is a matter of immense pleasure that one of the Super 30 students had earlier qualified NDA while another made it to NEET. The success of these students, who come from the most underprivileged sections of the society but have a passion to make a mark by dint of their hard work to bring about generational change, is an inspiration for others. I’m really obliged to all of you who stood by me even in difficult times and encouraged me. This is the result of the blessings of you all that I have been able to run Super 30 successfully without taking donation worth even a rupee from anyone.

I’m confident your blessings will continue to strengthen me and your good wishes will guide me.”

One of his students who cleared the exam this year said,

“I can never forget the kind of support Anand Sir has provided to students like me.”

Another student Suraj Kumar expressed gratitude,

“Anand Sir not just mentored us free of cost, he also boosted our morale. My father does not even know what IIT stands for, but he is happy that I cracked a tough exam.”

In the last 16 years, 422 out of 480 students from Super 30 have cracked IIT-JEE and except this year, all 30 students from Super 30 cleared IIT-JEE for the last four years.

Anand Kumar wishes to expand Super 30 and here’s what he said in this regard,

“I wish to expand Super 30, but there are various constraints. The demand for similar initiatives has grown so much across the country that I will have to find a way to reach out to more students. Super 30 will soon organise a screening test and the information will be made available on the institute’s website.”

Since day 1, Arjun Kapoor has been standing like a strong pillar of support for them. He has taken care of his sisters Jahnvi and Khushi in the best possible way.

Today, the trailer of Dhadak will be out & it’s going to be a proud moment for the Kapoor family. It’s the remake of Sairat, a popular Marathi movie & it’s surely going to be awesome.

For Jahnvi, it’s a big day today. Of course, she’s going to be nervous as well as excited at the same time. Arjun Kapoor isn’t there with Jahnvi for the trailer launch. Since he’s busy with his shooting & is not in Mumbai, he apologized to her on Instagram.

As Per RVCJ 2019 Lok Sabha Elections Poll Results, This Party Will Win The Elections

The next Lok Sabha elections are scheduled to take place in the year 2019 and we have made an attempt to know the mood of public as to which political party they would like to vote in the elections.

Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister of India in 2014 after his party and coalition partners got majority in Lok Sabha. Since then, many decisions have been taken by the government; a couple of them can be called revolutionary, such as demonetisation and implementation of GST.

There is no doubt that PM Modi will be the Prime Ministerial candidate for BJP and NDA in 2019 elections as well and he will be facing competition from Rahul Gandhi of Congress.

Talks of the third front are also going on; basically it is the group of non-Congress and non-BJP parties which are mostly limited to one state. These parties are called regional parties and we have already seen that they don’t mind coming together with Congress or other parties for stopping BJP from coming into power.

Recently, RVCJ Media conducted a poll on the micro-blogging site Twitter and asked people, “Who will you vote in 2019 Lok Sabha Elections?”

The total number of votes casted was 6460 and a little more than half voted in the favour of BJP as it got 53% votes while Congress received the support of 29% people and Others got 18%.

Anuja Patil Gets Out For Obstructing The Field. Twitter Is Divided

India got defeated by Bangladesh in the Asia Cup finals yesterday. The match was a nail-biting one and till the last ball, it was worth seeing who will win.

In every match, some or the other controversy happens; in yesterday’s match, it was Anuja Patil’s run-out. Yes, there was a debate surrounding “Obstruction of field” rule. In the 9th over, Anuja Patil and Harmanpreet Kaur were batting.

There seemed to be a mix-up between the two; Anuja returned to the crease and there was a slight change in her direction. The fielder tried to throw the ball on the stumps, but it hit Anuja’s leg. She returned to the crease & got safe.

Bangladesh appealed that Anuja had obstructed the field. There were many replays & after that, 3rd umpire gave her an out.

Here’s the ICC rule;

37.1.1 Either batsman is out Obstructing the field if, except in the circumstances of 37.2, and while the ball is in play, he/she wilfully attempts to obstruct or distract the fielding side by word or action. See also Law 34 (Hit the ball twice).

Deepika Padukone is riding high on the success after giving back to super hits and recent Blockbuster like Padmaavat. The level has been raised and we all know that even in Padmaavat she got the best remuneration.

Now, the latest reports say that after the grand success of Padmaavat she has got an ego boost and wants high remuneration. As per Asian Age, Deepika is demanding as high salary as big Bollywood superstars.

Asian Age reports, “Rumour has it that the actress now entertains only author-backed roles and demands a remuneration that exceeds what the leading man receives and is apparently, three times more than what A-list heroines make.”

A young director has been quoted as saying-

“Sari Bhansali ki galti hai (It’s all Bhansali’s fault).”

The director also adds-

“After Padmaavat, Deepika thinks she is far above the rat race. She will only entertain top-notch producers and directors and only if they come to her with the author-backed title role. She also wants creative control over the script.”

Meanwhile, there is no visible project that Deepika has signed recently. Her upcoming film Sapna Didi also got delayed due to co-star Irrfan Khan’s bad health.

It was after his talent was recognised that he was given money to start the Coca-Cola company. He also said that McDonald’s was started by a man who ran a ‘dhaba’.
