Giving ads on a newspaper for the purpose of getting married is not new and there’s nothing wrong in it too. However, a matrimonial ad has been making headlines on the Internet and social media for all the wrong reasons. Netizens are extremely angry with the conditions mentioned for the bride and have found the ad offensive. For the same, they are criticising the person who has given the ad as well as the newspaper for publishing it.

It’s about a Mysuru-based industrialist who is 37 years old; however, he wants the bride to be below 26 years of age strictly. He is earning in eight figures with his own international export businesses and is Kshatriya by caste; nevertheless, there is no bar for caste, creed, religion and nationality of the bride.

Well, what invited flak and wrath of social media users is the part where he wrote that she should be a non-feminist.

I mean really? What was the man thinking while giving such an ad? Did he expect that a long queue of girls will be more than eager to tie the knot with him after knowing about his great (satirical) thoughts?

“A Mysore-based bachelor industrialist having own international export businesses, with Rig & Atharva Vedic background of warrior caste (Kshatriya), presently earning in eight figure, 37 years of age looking for an attractive bride with high aspiration and below 26 years of age strictly. She should be a non-smoker, non-feminist, good cook and never been married before or having any kid. Caste, Creed, Religion and Nationality, no bar. No dowry required.

Here’s How Anand Mahindra Reacted On Ex-Employee’s Claim Of Discrimination Against Homosexuals

The Supreme Court of India passed a historic judgement on September 6 in which it scrapped Section 377 and decriminalised homosexuality. The moment was celebrated all over the country by the LGBTQ community. However, the people of this community have suffered much and still a lot is needed to be done to improve their condition.

A former employee of Tech Mahindra Gaurav Probir Pramanik wrote an open letter to his previous manager, reminding her of an incident that took place in 2015 in which she not only made a mockery of homosexuals but also accused his effeminate nature for his slow working. He also reminded her how she made fun of a religious minority and a sexual minority despite the fact that she was a manager in a company which boasts of inclusion and diversity.

As per him, he promised the manager that he would get back to her when homosexuality in India would be decriminalised and this is why, he is writing to her.

Here’s the email:

This has brought a storm in Tech Mahindra and they are getting trolled as well for this incident.

Tech Mahindra tweeted, “@gauravpramanik Hi Gaurav, This is indeed disturbing and completely against the ethos of our group that believes in the uniqueness of every individual. We will do a thorough investigation and take steps as necessary. Our team will  be in touch with you.”

MD and CEO of Tech Mahindra CP Gurnani also assured him of thorough investigation, “Gaurav, you have my personal assurance that this will be thoroughly investigated. We remain committed to supporting and promoting a diverse workforce at TechM.”

The top management including Chairman Anand Mahindra has promised Gaurav that an honest investigation will be carried out and proper action will be taken after ascertaining all the facts.

Anand Mahindra took to Twitter and wrote,

“I can categorically assure you that we celebrate diversity in our workplace. Our Code of Conduct is explicit on this subject. Fairness & dignity of the individual is enshrined in our core values.

Tech M is investigating these allegations, and appropriate action will follow…”

His another tweet read, “As I said, Tech M is investigating this matter. We will ascertain the facts & see that the outcome is fair & just.”

When a person’s life is in danger, he can do things which weren’t even expected from him and the same goes for animals as well.

In the Jhalana Safari Park near Jaipur, Rajasthan, a stray dog compelled a young leopard to retreat after it tried to pounce on the dog.

Tourists at the safari park saw that a young leopard was keeping an eye on the dog while the dog was carelessly sleeping on the road. All the tourists got ready with their mobile cameras to shoot the clash as it was quite obvious that the leopard would have taken down the dog but something unexpected happened.

As the leopard pounced on the dog, the dog woke up suddenly and started barking vigorously. It kept on barking continuously which made the young leopard go back without hunting the dog.

FIR To Be Filed Against Salman Khan & Loveratri Cast. This Is The Reason

Salman Khan’s home production film “Loveratri” that stars his brother-in-law Ayush Sharma and a newcomer Warina Hussain in lead roles seems to have landed in legal trouble.

Yes, you read it right! On Wednesday, a Bihar court ordered cops for registering an FIR against Salman as well as Loveratri’s cast and crew for allegedly hurting Hindu sentiments and promoting vulgarity.

The complaint was lodged by a local lawyer Sudhir Kumar Ojha on 6th September and during its hearing, Shailendra Rai, Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (East), ordered Meethanpur cops for filing the FIR.

As per the advocate, the movie’s title itself is intended for mocking Hindu’s holy festival Navaratri and sentiments of the community will be hurt with its release on 5th October, few days before Navaratri. He further said that the movie’s promos contain much vulgarity and it denigrates Goddess Durga.

The complaint had been lodged last week under various IPC sections – section 153 for provoking with intent to cause riots, section 120(B) for criminal conspiracy, section 153(B) for assertions prejudicial to national integrity, section 295 for injuring or defiling place of worship and section 298 for uttering words with deliberate intent to hurt religious sentiments.

A new case of ra*e has been reported in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh recently which will make you bend your head in shame.

Reportedly, a man harassed his own minor girl for 6 months straight until his wife and the mother of victim caught him red handed. However, the man didn’t have any shame and in fact, he further threatened them.

But the victim and his mom refused to take it any further and reached the police station to register a complaint against him.

When police got to know about the matter, they registered the complaint and sent the girl for medical examination.

Meanwhile, the attempts to catch the man have been started by the police and they promise to take a strict action against him.
