This recent Australia and India, match brought many historic, controversial as well as happy memories for the players and the fans, alike.

Recently, a video went viral, showing a kid playing cricket, imitating the Indian bowler, Jasprit Bumrah. Though Bumrah is no longer in in the squad, against Australia, his unseen presence can be felt.

Bumrah is appreciated by everyone alike. Our captain Virat Kohli said that he is one of the best bowler, a team can ask for. He called him incredible.

If you don’t know Bumrah has taken twenty one joint wickets, going along with Nathan Lyon in the series. He never showcased any conventional traits justifying his actions, he still gets to be who he is in the very first place.

Hardik Pandya And K L Rahul May Be Banned For The Next Two ODIs, BCCI To Take Final Decision.

The latest season of Koffee with Karan, brought in a lot of debutantes this year on that couch. They were either from the film fraternity or was representing the sports category.

If you happen to see that episode, where Hardik Pandya and K L Rahul made their coffee debut, you will know what we are talking about. They made quite a news because of their comments.

Their opinion regarding women were slammed for being misogynistic and sexually vindictive. People were quite taken aback by their personal opinions, which were plain and simple sexist.

So, now Chief Vinod Rai decided to ban these two players from the upcoming two ODIs. Though Hardik Pandya gave his statement, apologizing for his comments, it didn’t go too well also.

The Committee Of Administrators member, Diana Edulji, already referred this serious matter to the legal cell of BCCI. The two players also got twenty four hours notice, to explain their behaviors.

Edulji is also discussing this matter with CK Khanna, the acting president of BCCI, treasurer Anirudh Chaudhry and secretary Amitabh Chaudhary. The final decision still lies with Edulji.

Since, the committee is not convinced with their explanations, now we have to wait and watch to see what ultimate decision will be taken on this matter of great concern.

Gully Boy is one of the most awaited films of 2019. The trailer of this Zoya Akhtar film starring Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin dropped recently and was appreciated by the audience. Some people also called it a copy of Eminem’s 8 Mile but the reality is that it’s based on the life of Mumbai based rapper Divine.

Here are 10 facts about Divine which you want to know.

1. Divine’s real name is Vivian Fernandes. He kept his stage name Divine in teenage because he used to do religious raps. Divine’s grandma used to take him to church and hence he liked to write religious raps.

2. Divine faced a lot of financial hardships in his childhood as his father was an alcoholic. The relationship between his parents was not good for obvious reasons and to maintain a financial balance, his mom started doing a job in the Middle East. Divine used the money she used to send to get a house in Sahar Slums but his father sold that house too. He gave half of the money to Divine and his brother and got out of their life.

3. After getting popular, Divine called his mom back to India from the Middle East. He gives all the credit of his success to his mom who struggled a lot to fulfill his needs.

4. Divine’s first counter with rapping was when he saw one of his friend wearing a T-Shirt with a pic of 50 Cent. When he asked him about it, his friend told him about 50 Cent, Eminem and Dr Dre and gave him a collection of their raps.

He initially didn’t understand the lyrics of their raps and therefore he started learning English.

This was a great turn in the life of Divine as rapping entered in his life from here.

In rapping, Divine has been greatly inspired by Nas and related a lot with his album Illmatic. This is where Divine found his inspiration to write about street experiences and became a Gully Boy.

5. Divine’s first rap “Voice of the streets” was in English which he released on YouTube. Sadly it didn’t become a success and Divine decided to change his language to Hindi and released a rap called “Ye Mera Bombay”. This song became a huge success and bought him acclaim and awards too.

6. In 2015, he collaborated with Naezy for a song “Ye Meri Gully”. This song was officially released by Sony Music after an employee witnessed a stage performance of both on the same song and requested Divine to launch it with their label.

7. Divine also collaborated with Nucleya for song Jungle Raja. This song took him to new heights of popularity.

8. Divine’s Farak song also became hugely popular and topped iTunes.

9. Divine created history when he attended BBC Asian Network’s segment Fire In The Booth by singing a Hindi rap for the first time. He had to sing on unknown beats there and ended up really impressing the people with his energy.

10. Talking about Bollywood’s most popular rapper Honey Singh, Divine said that he doesn’t relate to his music because it’s not real hip hop. He also said that his raps are mostly about girls, alcohol and money but he will try to give only authentic raps to the audience.

We all have criticised food delivery boys and online food services for delivering late. Getting late food is one of the biggest frustrations in life and thatswhy we never think twice before calling out the people standing on our doorsteps with our favourite food. Sometimes we even show our anger on restaurant owners over phone calls and app chats.

However, a Twitter user from Bangalore has shared an incident on the microblogging site which will melt your heart and you will think several times before getting angry over delivery boys again.

A user with username @aakashvinay17 wrote multiple tweets and shared an incident about his recent food order experience which will make you feel bad about the delivery boys.

People in Bengaluru, hear me out. A few days ago I ordered in and it took a while for the delivery person to make it. And no, this isn’t a complaint that I want addressed by @swiggy_in or @ZomatoIN or any of the good people there. This is an incident I want to share.

After almost an hour of waiting, he finally arrived, and when I opened the door, I felt bad that I had even considered giving him an earful for the delay. He stood there at my doorstep, shivering and barely able to hand me the package. He struggled to pull out his wallet.

You could see it that abuse for delays came his way very often, and his sheepish smile said it all. It was his hands though that said the biggest tale. Company issue jackets sold by the lowest priced retailers didn’t help him. He shivered the whole time, but he smiled throughout.

It’s one of the coldest winters Bengaluru has seen in over a decade and there are people whose livelihoods depend on being out on the streets. Food delivery partners, Cab Drivers, Dunzo Runners, and several more. Be kind to them.

If you have a shawl or a jacket that you can give away, do that. It’ll mean the world to them. If you can part ways with the 20 bucks that he owes you as change, that serves as warmth too. If you’ve been able to put a smile on his face, trust me you’ve earned yourself one too.

Zomato gives you information about the delivery person; where he’s from, what he studied, family supports. And some of them aren’t too educated. Suggest that a few layers of newspaper on the inside of their jackets, over their chests, will go a long way in keeping them warm.

When the delivery person takes time to reach the restaurant, remember that part of the reason you didn’t step out to eat is the temperature. And that may be a part of the reason he chooses to ride slowly. Know that he gets absolutely NOTHING from delaying your order.

This isn’t a rant or a plea. This is just a reaction from seeing an old man shivering while handing me my dinner. God didn’t put you in the shoes you’re in because he likes you more than he likes anyone else. You got lucky. So the least we can do is be kind to those who aren’t.

And if it’s not asking too much, show some love to the animals too. Leave an old bedsheet or open a packet of biscuits on the pavement or just run your fingers down the throat of that dog that you’ve met but never made friends with. If a tail is wagged,you’re a winner. Thank you.

Directed by Aditya Dhar and starring prominent faces like, Vicky Kaushal, Rajit Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Mohit Raina and Yami Gautam , this film will definitely make a mark on your conscience for obvious reasons.

This film is not dictating patriotism, but rather fulfilling it. Vicky Kaushal is a very convincing Major Vihaan Singh Shergill, who will support his character as well as the film solely and truly. He returns to avenge those nineteen soldiers, who lost their life because Pakistan based evil militants were too coward to have a face off with our Indian soldiers.

In this film, there is valor in everyone’s action, including Paresh Rawal as Ajit Doval and Rajit Kapur as our Indian Prime Minister. Since this film is on India’s surgical strike, an operation led by our brave hearts, a film on an unsung war, every significant details have been thoroughly watched.

Honest Review Of The Accidental Prime Minister, Netizens Are Calling It A Propaganda Film

This weekend, we are seeing the release of two much awaited films – The Accidental Prime Minister and Uri. The Accidental Prime Minister created a lot of controversy even before its release, and we couldn’t wait to see Anupam Kher in this avatar.

From the very beginning, you must keep in mind that the film is based on a book, and offers an in depth insight into the life of Manmohan Singh, during his tenure as the PM.

It’s very clear from the onset of the film that propaganda is the main agenda of the film – to portray Manmohan Singh as a mere puppet in the hands of one of the most powerful families in the country.

In fact, the former PM is showcased as a weak and dare we say, spineless man, who was entirely manipulated and controlled by Sonia Gandhi and clan.

Anupam Kher must be applauded for his efforts to portray Manmohan Singh. However, The Accidental Prime Minister is a film that grossly lacks clarity or even a sense of a proper agenda. That is enough to belittle even a man of Kher’s calibre.

Twitterati, however, are divided on their opinion. While some are calling it propaganda films, some are saying that Anupam Kher is disgraceful in the film. On the other hand, some are saying that the film highlights the truth of his tenure.

Hardik Pandya’s Father Finally Breaks His Silence On His Son’s Controversial Comments.

Since Hardik Pandya and K L Rahul made their debut in the famous chat show Koffee with Karan, in the show’s latest season, they made news and headlines for themselves quite prominently.

The cricketers were not aware that their infamous comments, will be slammed so hard that they will receive a two ODI bans from BCCI. People labelled their comments as misogynistic and sexist.

Though the Indian cricketer apologized, via social media, it was not considered truly. He tried justifying himself as someone who got carried away by the dominant nature, the show portrays.

Now, after reactions from all the sides, Hardik Pandya’s father came to his son’s rescue. He said, defending his son’s comments, that people are getting into the words way too much.

According to his father, Hardik is a fun loving boy, who was just enjoying being on the show, and replying accordingly. He never wanted to be so negative with his comments, he was trying to entertain the people watching the show.

But, the incident already occurred, and for that retributions are there for him as well. Things once done cannot be undone or justified by calculative thoughts and strategies anymore. So, consequences are yet to be served.

After the 2017 film, Thor:Ragnarok, fans were divided between Hulk and Thor. They were themselves stuck in the dilemma, that who is stronger. They were also arguing like the onscreen battle between Thor and Hulk.

Samuel L Jackson, who is Nick Fury in the Marvel Universe, since the very beginning of the franchise, is of this opinion about Captain Marvel, being the strongest of all.

He further added that since in the Infinity Wars we have already seen that the Avengers is up against some tough antagonist, so now they definitely need someone like Captain Marvel to do the wonders.

Being fans, we have already heard so much, some are just rumors and some not. Samuel L Jackson just spilled the most significant bean by saying that Captain Marvel can time travel.

Yes, you read that right. Captain Marvel will be rediscovered in this upcoming summer release, where we will be witnessing the amalgamation of all our favorites.

BCCI And CoA Suspends Hardik Pandya And KL Rahul Following The KWK Controversy

Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul attracted controversy with their comments on women at the recent Koffee With Karan episode. As the show premiered on Star World and Hostar last Sunday, both cricketers received huge flak from people all over the country.

Even Indian cricket team’s captain Virat Kohli said that he doesn’t agree with their comments.

Following the huge controversy, many doubted that both stars will play in the upcoming ODI match against Australia and the fear has come true.

BCCI CoA has taken strict action against Hardik and Rahul as both players have been suspended from the team. The Committee of Administrators (CoA) chief Vinod Rai confirmed the reports and told a leading news website that both Hardik and Rahul have been suspended pending an inquiry into their controversial comments on women.

BCCI convened a six-member committee to probe into the matter which decided to suspend the players.

Now that’s quite a sad news for the fans of both players.

The show which will air from 15th January on Colors, will see Abrar Qazi as Don Raghu and Shruti Sharma as IPS officer, Dhanak.

Recently, in an interview, our Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli announced something very important with respect to his retirement. Fans were not happy though.

We have seen great players retiring from international cricket, after which though we missed them on the fields playing big matches, still we can see them play other twenty twenty series throughout the years.

Virat Kohli said,when he will willingly decide to take himself off the game, that will be his final decision. He will retire not only from international cricket but also from other T20 matches as well.

Yes, you read that right. Despite being a master in his game of cricket, this is what he wants to follow later on. According to him, if he is taking retirement then that means he is completely off that zone.

So, this was his reply when reporters recently asked him whether we will see him in the Big Bash League (BBL), after he has taken the decision to retire from this game.

Though this is the man who took our Indian cricket team to create history by defeating Australia in their home ground, he won’t be around when he decides to quit.

This news broke our heart, and we wish things could have been different. But Virat Kohli seems determined to stick to his decision.
