Gradeup, India’s largest exam preparation platform for competitive exams, recently did a research on ‘Evolving Ed-Tech and why Live Online Classes is becoming the most preferred tool for learning and test preparation’.

The findings suggest that, of the students who are currently using offline modes for exam preparation, 70% would shift to online learning if given access to live online classes. Of these, over 80% cited ‘access to expert faculty’ as the primary reason to make this shift. Additionally, over 90% of the total participating students say that they would choose online modes of learning rather than offline coaching. Factors such as ‘convenience’ of preparing from home, ‘access to live classes’, and ‘cost-benefit’ are the top 3 drivers for this choice. Further, 20% of the total number of participants also said they would be willing to pay extra for access to live classes.

The survey further found that 63% amongst those students that prefer online learning would choose live classes for their exam preparation, while a much lower proportion, at 29%, would choose recorded lectures. The foremost reasons students stated for choosing live classes are ‘interactive classes for instant doubt resolution’ and ‘proper planning through a day-wise study plan’. These findings are clear indicators that students are increasingly realizing the benefits, and opening up to the idea, of taking to live online classes for their exam preparation.

Sehwag Reveals Who Is The Better Batsman – Virat Kohli Or Steve Smith? Fans Might Agree With Him

Virat Kohli, the skipper of team India, is being considered as the Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) by his fans and some former cricketers also have the same opinion. However, there are some cricket lovers who constantly draw comparisons between the Indian skipper and Australian cricketer Steve Smith. If we talk about the ICC Test Rankings, Virat is at the top spot while Steve is on the second position.

Steve’s performance in the Ashes series has played an important role in improving his rankings as at the beginning of the month, he was at the fourth spot.

He scored 144 and 142 runs in the first and second innings respectively in the first test played at Birmingham and in the second test match which was played at Lords, he was at 92 when he was sent out due to concussion.

When former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag was asked about his opinion regarding Virat and Steve, Viru was pretty clear about his choice and his answer was that Virat is better than Steve as he is pleasing to the eye.

In an interview with a leading news daily, Sehwag states that Virat is the best and he is number one batsman in the world. As per him, Kohli’s batting is more pleasing to watch in comparison to Steve’s batting. Viru goes on to say that the manner in which Virat is scoring, he will definitely score more centuries than Sachin Tendulkar. In fact, Sehwag is sure that Virat will break almost all the records of the Little Master. However, there is one record which nobody, not even Virat, will be able to break and that is the record of playing 200 test matches.

Presently, Virat Kohli has scored 43 centuries in ODIs and 25 tons in test matches and he is not far from Sachin’s record of 49 centuries in ODIs. If we talk about the total centuries, Virat has 68 centuries in all the formats and he is not very far from Sachin’s tally of 100 centuries.

Durex Tried To Promote Its Product Using Chandrayaan-2, Got Heavily Slammed For Cheap Marketing

Every Indian is proud of ISRO’s success as its Chandrayaan-2 mission has been launched successfully on 22 July, 2019, and it will make a landing on lunar pole on September 7.

India will be the fourth country to make a soft landing on the Moon after USA, USSR and China. It is one of the most ambitious missions of India and what makes it more impressive is its low cost. Cricket lovers are eagerly waiting to watch the contest between English pacer Jofra Archer and the Australian batsmen as the third test match of the Ashes series starts on Thursday. Jofra made his debut in test cricket in the second test match after James Anderson was ruled out due to injury.

The contest between the Barbados born bowler and Australian batsman Steve Smith was the highlight of the test match. Steve was in great form in the first test match as he played knocks of 144 and 142 and he was going great in the second test match as well. He was at the score of 80 when he was hit by a bouncer under the chin bowled by Jofra. Undoubtedly, the Australian batsman experienced severe pain and was taken out of the ground. He returned to bat again and but at the score of 92, he was ruled out after concussion test.

Steve won’t be playing the third test match but fans are excited to see how other Australian batsmen will handle Jofra Archer. However, before being hit by Jofra, Steve came up with a unique way of leaving the ball while batting. He gave an impression as if he was dancing as he moved and left the ball and Jofra was seen trying to copy Steve’s style while batting in the nets.

It has been a rocky path for the ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ crew as few day’s since the news of Disha Vakani aka Dayaben leaving TMKOC was confirmed by the show’s producer and the hunt for a new face is already on. Disha took a maternity break from the leading show after being blessed with a baby girl last year.

After Dayaben’s exit Nidhi Bhanushali who plays Sonu Bhide (Atmaram Bhide- Madhavi Bhide’s daughter) in the show also decided bid adieu to the shoe. As Nidhi wanted to take a break from acting to concentrate on her studies at present.

Indian Cricketer Manoj Tiwary Reacts To His Comment On MS Dhoni’s Future

12 times ODI player and Indian batsman Manoj Tiwary has clarified his comment and claimed that he has been misquoted. In an interview, Tiwary stated that ‘the Indian team isn’t anyone’s personal property’.

When media houses contacted Tiwary for his comment he said that it was not true and he has been misquoted.

The player even took to Twitter to post his clarification. He wrote, “Don’t believe everything u read on the internet just because there is a picture wit a quote next to it 👍

The problem wit quotes on the Internet is u can never be certain they r authentic 👍

Reportedly, Tiwary said on Thursday that BCCI needs to take a call on Dhoni’s future. Praising the former Indin cricket team captain he said thaDhoni has done a lot for our country. He has made a lot of contributions to this team but recently even Sachin Tendulkar said that it’s time for Dhoni to side-line himself.

He further added that though Virat Kohli says that the need still needs Dhoni, selectors need to take a tough call. He also added that he is not sure if the selectors are giving Dhoni chances based on the past. There are a number of talented cricketers in our country, and they should get chances. The Indian team isn’t anyone’s personal property.

The smoke from the moist broadleaf forest has reached the big city of Brazil Sao Paulo and has covered the sky with dark clouds. As as per the reports, Sao Paulo is 3000 km away, but it has still managed to affect the city with fog and darkness.

These pictures are the proof that destruction is not far away as the lungs of earth is burning. The unusual smoke affecting the city is the cause of the arrival of cold air, which increased low clouds and fog in the city.


Even when Sao Paulo was raining the rain water was all black and people are literally storing the rain falls.

The cutest kid on B-town and Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s son Taimur is the eye candy of paparazzi. Media and photographers follow him like a shadow and keep an eye on his every movement. Even if he is in his playschool, photographers try to get a click of his every moment and this has now become a nightmare for his parents.

Recently Saif lost his cool when he notices some photographers outside his house clicking Taimur’s pictures. He came out of his house and told them not to take pictures. The video of saif telling the photographers not to do that is going viral on the internet.

In the video, Taimur is sitting on his father’s shoulders and smiling and waving to the camera. While Saif is angry and can be heard saying, “No, no not outside the house please, like we promised. No, enough, you are not supposed to do that.”

This is not the first time Saif snapped at the photographers. As a protective parent, he dislikes media following his son everywhere.

Taapsee further said, for my fans who are not pleased with me for doing Judwaa 2. I want to ask them to give Rs 50 crore opening to my upcoming films and the total collection should be more than 100 crore. Then I promise that I won’t do films like Judwaa 2.

The richest man on earth and the CEO of American technology multinational company Amazon Jeff Bezos shared his first job ad which he posted 25 years ago. Benzos posted this as on August 22, 1994, when he hasn’t even settled down for the company’s name.

With the job ad, Jeff wrote, “I posted our first job opening 25 years ago today when I hadn’t even settled on the name Amazon yet. Feels like yesterday. #gratitude”

As per CNBC report, this ad was posted on Usenet, an online public announcement board and discussion web started in 1980. The ad was once again introduced to the world by TV anchor Jon Erlichman.

As soon as the ad went viral on the internet people started sharing it and replying to Jeff’s post. People wanted to know who was hired for the job in the company which is the biggest e-commerce company in the world.

This Bihar Man Received Salary From Three Different Government Jobs For 30 Years

In a world full of people who are trying to bag a single job, this man from Bihar fooled the government for 30 years and received a salary from 3 different jobs. Today, government jobs are hard to find and even harder to sustain in one but this “genius” got 3 government jobs.

Suresh Ram from Bihar somehow managed to get 3 government jobs at the same time and continued working in all of them for 30 years. That is not all, he even got promoted in them and got a hike every year.

As per reports Suresh worked as an Assistant Engineer in the Office of Building Construction of Kishanganj, the Department of Water Resources in Banka district’s Belhar block and from Bhimnagar East Embankment of Supaul.

And his 3 decades-long scams was unraveled when the details of all government employees of Bihar was taken out. When he was asked to submit his Aadhaar number, date of birth, PAN number, etc on the Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS), he didn’t come. That’s how he came into notice and his scam was disclosed.

An FIR has been registered against Suresh Ram in Kishanganj police station.
