Sachin Gifted Sehwag BMW Worth 1.14 Crores. Twitter Trolled Sehwag For Free Gift

Our Indian cricketers share a wonderful bond. Our senior players are in touch with each other even after retirement. The best example would be that of Virender Sehwag & Sachin Tendulkar.

We got to see the best example of their friendship when Sehwag posted a pic on Twitter thanking Sachin Tendulkar. Want to know why? Well, Sachin gifted him his dream car BMW 7 series worth Rs 1.14 crores.

They have been the best opening pair of India and such a gesture adds to sweetness. Here’s what Sehwag posted on Twitter;

He said, “Thank you @sachin_rt paaji and @bmwindia .Grateful for this !”

However, this didn’t go down well with Twitter. They criticized Sehwag for taking this BMW as a gift from Sachin and flaunting it on the social media platform. Big Boss 11 – Colors Reveals 4 Contestants Of The Show & One Of Them Is Dawood Ibrahim’s Relative

The eleventh season of one of the most famous reality shows Bigg Boss is going to start on October 1 and fans are very eager to know about the participants who are going to enter the house.

Colors finally revealed four names:

Many names have been speculated in regard to the contestants of BB11; however, the Colors channel has confirmed four names that will get entry into the house as “padosi”. Two names out of those four are pretty famous while the remaining two are commoners.

One contestant is Dawood Ibrahim’s relative:

One of these four is Zubair Khan and what is shocking about him is that he is a relative of India’s most wanted underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. Zubair is son-in-law of Dawood’s sister Haseena Parker. He is pretty active in showbiz as he is the owner of Garbage Productions as well as a director.

Other contestants:

Another name which is popular is Haryanvi dancer Sapna Chaudhary who is known for her bold dance moves which are also often termed as “obscene.”

The other two participants are Jyoti Kumar from Patna and Shivani Durgah from Noida. While Jyoti seems to be a teenager who introduces herself as the daughter of a peon, Shivani is a holy woman who may try to make people believe that all saints are not fraud and imposters, keeping in mind the recent events which have tarnished the image of saints to a great extent.

Colors shared a video on Twitter with caption, “Meet the first four neighbours who’ve come from various parts of India in an attempt to win your hearts. Are you excited to meet them? #BB11”

Aditya Pancholi & Zarina Wahab Hit Back On Kangana Ranaut, Send Legal Notice

Kangana Ranaut had put severe allegations on ex-boyfriend Aditya Pancholi when she visited Rajat Sharma’s Aap Ki Adalat. Talking with him about the issues she faced during her early days in the industry, she told that she was house arrested by Aditya Pancholi who used to physically abuse her.

She also dragged his wife Zarina Wahab in the matter and said she asked for help from her but Zarina refused.

Aditya had decided to not take this issue lightly and while talking with Bollywood Life he had said that he will take legal action against Kangana. Here’s what he said at that time.

“I am going to take a legal action against her. She is lying that’s why I am taking legal action against her. I don’t know about other people, but as far as my story goes and what she has spoken about me, she has said all lies. She has to prove that I have done that. My family is very much affected by it. My wife and I will take legal action against her.”

Now keeping his promise, Aditya along with his wife Zarina Wahab has sent a legal notice to Kangana. Without giving up details, Aditya confirmed the news to Indian Express. He said-

“Yes, I have sent a legal notice to her (Kangana Ranaut). My lawyer has asked me to not talk about it since the matter is sub judice. I hope you understand.”

Zarina also talked about it with HT. She said-

“She (Kangana) really crossed all limits. Kya zaroorat thi yeh sab baatein karne ki film promotion ke liye (what was the need to talk about her past affairs to promote her film?). She would have let the past bury itself in the mud instead of flinging mud on people who once mattered to her. She should have let her work speak for her instead of digging up past affairs, thereby compromising not just herself but also several other individuals and families.”

Well, this is just getting more intense with each passing day. We are not sure where it will end.

Donald Trump Said Facebook Was Always Anti-Trump. Here’s How Mark Zuckerberg Responded

Donald Trump’s allegation:

Donald Trump, the President of the USA, is very well known as a person who doesn’t mince words and he did the same when he talked about the largest social networking site Facebook as he said that Facebook “was always anti-Trump.”

Trump took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote, “Facebook was always anti-Trump. The Networks were always anti-Trump hence, Fake News, @nytimes(apologized) & @WaPo were anti-Trump. Collusion?”

Zuckerberg’s response:

The CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, didn’t take much time and came out in the defense of Facebook. On his Facebook page, he posted that the purpose of Facebook is to “give all people a voice and create a platform for all ideas”. However, at the same time, he accepted that now he feels that he made a mistake by dismissing that the result of elections was influenced by the fake news circulated on Facebook.

Many fingers were raised on Facebook after Donald Trump became the President of the USA, alleging that he has been helped by all the fake news that was on Facebook. At that time, Mark rejected the allegation outright but now, he feels differently on that matter.

Mark wrote,

“Calling that crazy was dismissive and I regret it. This is too important of an issue to be dismissive. But the data we have had always shown that our broader impact — from giving people a voice to enabling candidates to communicate directly to helping millions of people vote — played a far bigger role in this election.”

In today’s post, Mark also pointed out that on one side, Donald Trump is calling Facebook anti-Trump while on the other side, the liberals are of the opinion that Facebook has helped Trump.

“Both sides are upset about ideas and content they don’t like. That’s what running a platform for all ideas looks like.”

Mark also talked about the millions of interactive sessions regarding politics that took place during the US presidential elections 2016 and how the candidates used this medium to connect with their followers. Not only this, “get out the vote” campaigns were run by Facebook which influenced nearly two million people to get themselves registered for voting.

“I want to respond to President Trump’s tweet this morning claiming Facebook has always been against him.

Every day I work to bring people together and build a community for everyone. We hope to give all people a voice and create a platform for all ideas.

Trump says Facebook is against him. Liberals say we helped Trump. Both sides are upset about ideas and content they don’t like. That’s what running a platform for all ideas looks like.

The facts suggest the greatest role Facebook played in the 2016 election was different from what most are saying:

– More people had a voice in this election than ever before. There were billions of interactions discussing the issues that may have never happened offline. Every topic was discussed, not just what the media covered.

– This was the first US election where the internet was a primary way candidates communicated. Every candidate had a Facebook page to communicate directly with tens of millions of followers every day.

– Campaigns spent hundreds of millions advertising online to get their messages out even further. That’s 1000x more than any problematic ads we’ve found.

– We ran “get out the vote” efforts that helped as many as 2 million people register to vote. To put that in perspective, that’s bigger than the get out the vote efforts of the Trump and Clinton campaigns put together. That’s a big deal.

After the election, I made a comment that I thought the idea misinformation on Facebook changed the outcome of the election was a crazy idea. Calling that crazy was dismissive and I regret it. This is too important an issue to be dismissive. But the data we have has always shown that our broader impact — from giving people a voice to enabling candidates to communicate directly to helping millions of people vote — played a far bigger role in this election.

We will continue to work to build a community for all people. We will do our part to defend against nation states attempting to spread misinformation and subvert elections. We’ll keep working to ensure the integrity of free and fair elections around the world, and to ensure our community is a platform for all ideas and force for good in democracy.”

England All-Rounder Ben Stokes Indulges In A Nasty Street Fight, Throws 15 Punches In A Minute

England’s all-rounder cricketer Ben Stocks along with Alex Hales was not part of the 4th ODI against West Indies. The young England player was involved in a street brawl and was arrested by the police during the early hours of Monday. He was also set free the other day but had to remain in the city for investigation.

The news of Ben Stock being arrested for creating violence in drunken state spread like a wildfire and he was criticised by many former cricketers including Michael Vaughan and Nasser Hussain.

Now the latest in the matter is that the video recording of the incident has gone viral which is set to increase the troubles for Stokes.

The video footage published by The Sun shows Ben Stock in very aggressive mode. He is seen throwing punches continuously at two men while Hales tries to hold him back by saying, “Enough, Stokes”.

A witness told The Sun-

“I saw Stokes throw 15 punches in one minute. No wonder he broke a finger.”

The Video has been seen by England Cricket Board (ECB) and they have issued a statement saying the police will investigate the issue. The ECB spokesperson said-

“We have seen this footage for the first time tonight – when posted by The Sun. There is an ongoing Police investigation, which will look at all available evidence, and we do have to respect that process.”

Meanwhile, there is a doubt regarding Stokes’ selection for upcoming series Ashes. As per The Sun, It is not yet known if the England management will introduce curfews during the Ashes series, which begins in November.

England team director Andrew Strauss said-

“When things like this happen there’s always a moment to step back and go “do we do everything exactly right”.

“We’ll be looking at that but I still think our philosophy of treating players like adults is the right way to go.

Congress Made A Big Mistake But Twitter Trolled Rahul Gandhi. Prejudice Much?

The Congress party is trying hard to regain its position in the Indian political scenario and it becomes more important for them to always present themselves in a dignified manner. However just recently, the official Twitter handle of Congress committed a blunder and instead of seriously apologising for their mistake, they made a joke of the whole incident.

September 27 is the death anniversary of Raja Ram Mohan Roy and the Twitter handle of Congress paid tribute to the great personality. But they wrote Sept 27, 1833, in place of his birth date while his birth date May 22, 1772, was written in place of his death date.

Congress tweeted this, “We pay tribute to Raja Ram Mohan Roy, Father of the Bengal Renaissance and champion of women’s rights, on his death anniversary.”

However, when they realised that they made a mistake, instead of apologising in a genuine manner, they reacted in a very casual manner and wrote, “You may have noticed an error in the date of previous creative. We apologise! Like Raja Ram Mohan Roy, our designer is ahead of his time :)”

Congress also corrected its previous tweet in the meantime.

It was too much for Twitterati and they vent out their anger on the Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi as if he is the one who is personally handling this Twitter account.

Misconceptions Which Bollywood Made Us Believe About The Foreign Lands

Literature is the mirror of the society. Bollywood is that part of literature which has a huge impact on the people. People follow the trends set by the Bollywood celebs religiously be it their gym regimes or the tattoo that they get inked. Many Bollywood movies have been shot in the foreign land, and many of them have the foreign land’s setting as well. Movies like PINK, Dangal, Bhag Milkha Bhag, etc. show us how the ordinary people from the crowd outshone everyone else and made the country proud.
We many-a-times forget that Bollywood is not the reality, but it has fictional elements as well. Since the reality creates such an illusion that we start believing the fictional content also real. We Indians follow Bollywood from the core of our hearts, but there are certain things which Bollywood portrays about the foreign countries, but they are most of the times only exaggerated.

1. NRIs become sinful

It is often seen that all the people who shift to some foreign land or go for studies and return they lose their Indian virtues and adopt the notorious loose western values which are not at all acceptable by the Indian social system. The fill them with ego and develop a feeling of hatred towards the Indians in their hearts. But the reality is the Indian values that our ancestors have instilled in us cannot go anywhere just like that. The NRIs behold the Indian traditions, and also they are proud of it.

2. Foreign land is full of bad habits

It is again shown that the foreign land is the hub of bad habits like smoking, drinking, corruption, unfaithful, disrespecting elders, etc. But is an Indian a fragile vessel, are we so vulnerable? No, we are not. Indians in foreign countries successfully hold their values and rest depends on us what is our will and wish.

To some extent, they do have big houses, fancy cars and all the latest gadgets. But the people living in foreign lands have to do all their work on their own that means no home help. Indians cannot imagine their lives without their maids. Labour in countries like USA and UK is darn expensive, unlike India. Only the ones who are extremely wealthy can afford the services.

4. NRIs lose touch with the Indian realities

When the people return from foreign land, they seem to like that they have landed in a foreign land. Unaware of the surroundings and happenings. But the ground reality is the people are very well connected with the Indian people and various issues that happen in the country. They too become sympathetic like the ones who are residing in the country. The internet has made all of us global citizens.

5. Cultural jingoism or alteration

When we go somewhere, we need to adjust ourselves so that we don’t feel alienated. This is not only about being socially accepted, but it also depends on geographical factors like if one has shifted to a land where experiences harsh winters then one has to change his/her dressing style according to the climate. We need to wear clothes which are comfortable. The main problem comes with the children who are born in foreign lands but are of Indian origin. Like it was shown in My Name Is Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol shed Indianness, but their son was not Indian. One needs to adapt it is not necessary that we have to celebrate Diwali only we can celebrate Haloween as well.

6. No struggle in foreign land everything is smooth

The actor goes to the USA gets a good job and spends a happy life. He has everything one can dream of but is this the reality? The criminal offences are more heinous as compared to the Indian ones. Talking about giving birth no one takes care of you just like it happens in India. Your neighbours, unless they are Indians, might not be so concerned about your condition. Working women freeze their milk and store them. Dads cannot just rest on the couch and watch TV, but they too cook food and change nappies.

Indian cricket is fun to watch but when there are horrible mix-ups, things go haywire. Today, we got to see one between Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma in the 4th ODI between India-Australia in Bengaluru.

India got a wonderful start and Ajinkya & Rohit gave their best. They had to chase a whopping 335 runs and was quite possible for India; however, we all know that there’s just one winner in the match & unfortunately, India couldn’t be that.

India could have actually won, but the goof up that happened between Rohit Sharma & Kohli was the turning point of this match. Rohit Sharma was well set on the ground but this goof up got him run-out. Everyone blamed Kohli because they felt he should have sacrificed his wicket for Rohit.

Virat had sufficient time for running to the other end, but instead he placed his bat before Rohit Sharma & made him run-out.

Honest Review Of Judwaa 2. Book Your Tickets Right Away As It’s Not Worth A Miss

Time to enjoy the twin-magic once again! Time to refresh those Salman Khan memories again with Judwaa 2, the Varun Dhawan starrer. We had loved the movie Judwa which released in the year 1997 and now, after 20 years, we can’t wait to see the same action, essayed by different actors. Starring Taapse Pannu, Jacqueline Fernandez in characters that were essayed by Ramba & Karisma Kapoor, this movie is being loved by audience. Although it is lacking in some aspects, it has managed to grip the audiences with its funny dialogues and also brilliant performances. Let us have a look at the detailed review;

Story & Script

The story is humorous throughout. It revolves around twins Raja and Prem who are separated at birth i.e “Bicchde hue bhai”. There’s total contrast in their lifestyles; while Prem gets the privilege of a hi-fi and a luxurious lifestyle, Raja grows up in a fisherman colony. Destiny has given them drastically different statuses. So, when both of them come together for saving a smuggling ring, what can you expect? Total masti, right?

Script wise, you will miss out on the newness. The gags and dialogues are similar to what we get to watch in masala movies; therefore, some wise thinking was required here, which the script writer hasn’t shown. Don’t expect too much in terms of dialogues.

Music

Music wise, we have just one word i.e. “Superb”. “Chalti hai kya 9 se 12” refreshes that 90’s feelings once again. We have already danced to its tunes before and once again, this foot-tapping song has made an entry to the sequel. Another cherry on the cake is “Oonchi hai building”, which has further entertained the audiences. If that’s not that enough, we also have “Duniya mein aaye ho” song for all party lovers.

Performances

Everything was dependant on Varun Dhawan & he really did justice to his role. However, he couldn’t match up to the Salman Khan level. No doubt, he portrayed the double-role with confidence and zeal. Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu tried their best to fit into this comic role but sadly, they couldn’t give their 100 percent. On the other hand, Anupam Kher, Prachee Shah and Atul Parchure have been roped in just for namesake.

Direction and technicalities

As we already told you, there’s no newness in the film. David Dhawan has not managed to give his best in terms of direction. Many situations are left confused; instead, they could have been crystal clear. The climax scene is good and is being enjoyed by one and all. David Dhawan should have tried to go away from originality and should have come up with something new.

Final verdict

If you are David Dhawan fan, you are certainly going to enjoy his style. Since it has a connection with Judwaa, fans are most likely to flock the theaters. Overall, we give the film 3.5 stars out of 5. It’s worth watching at least once in theater, if you wish to enjoy something that will take away your stress.

Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh may be out of the team but keeping him out of the news is certainly very difficult. He is known to have a good sense of humour and equally good sense of anger, which has sometimes posed problems for him on the field.

This time, the Indian off-spinner has bowled a doosra to the Indian government and it seems that he has bowled them out. Bhajji went out for a dinner but the GST added to the bill probably made him a little upset.

From July 1, 2017, the government of India has imposed a single tax known as GST (Goods & Services Tax) which is little higher in comparison to the earlier taxes and it definitely pinches when someone has to pay the bill after eating out.

Harbhajan took to Twitter to take a jibe at the present central government and making fun of GST, he tweeted, “While making payment of bill after dinner in restaurant, it feels like state govt & central govt both had a dinner with us…”

Considering the journey of Mithali has been really inspirational, Viacom18 Motion Pictures has decided to make a biopic of her.

Talking with Indian Express, the COO of Viacom, Mr Ajit Andhre said-

We are proud to be collaborating with the young and inspirational Mithali Dorai Raj, a name single-handedly responsible in bringing about a shift in the way women’s cricket team was perceived in our country.

Excited Mithali was quoted as saying-

I am extremely happy on this association with Viacom18 Motion Pictures. Hoping that this movie inspires more people especially young girls to take up sports as a career.

Now, our Trollers Ka Devtaa, KRK decided to make fun of the legendary cricketer’s upcoming biopic. Through his Twitter handle, he gave a couple of suggestions to Mithali.

First of all, he suggested Mithali to play the title character in the film herself.

I think @M_Raj03 herself should play her role in her biopic because she is very beautiful, hot n sexy like any other actress only.

And then he went ahead and suggested ger to cast him as a villain in the film.

Hey @M_Raj03 if u will take me villain in ur biopic who will keep stalking you in entire film then it be a biggest blockbuster of the year.

Class 11 Muslim Boy Tried To End Life After Teachers & Principal Humiliated & Called Him Terrorist

Safety of kids in schools is a big concern for parents and recently, we have come across some incidents which clearly prove that school administration and teachers are not so worried about children’s safety.

Students’ safety is a big concern:

A second class student was mercilessly killed in the toilet of Gurugram’s Ryan International School and just couple of days back, a CCTV footage got viral which showed a teacher of Kanpur’s Stepping Stones school beating a student with wooden duster. Now once again, an incident has happened in a school in Kanpur which has raised some serious concerns about the safety of students.

Class 11 boy attempted suicide as teachers and principal called him “terrorist”:

A student of class 11 tried to commit suicide as he was repeatedly insulted by teachers and the principal and was referred to as “terrorist”. The boy belongs to Muslim community and studies in Delhi Public School, Kalyanpur, Kanpur (UP). He was admitted in a hospital on the night of September 23 after he consumed phenyl and sleeping pills at his house in Swaroop Nagar.

Suicide note:

He wrote a suicide note in which he blamed his school teachers and principal for compelling him to take such a horrific step. He also requested CM Adityanath to make sure that four teachers and principal get punished. He wrote,

“Chief Minister sir, I am not a terrorist but a student.”

He wanted to become a scientist like Kalam:

The boy aimed to become a scientist like former President A.P.J Abdul Kalam but he was seen as a terrorist. He said,

“My bag is searched every day. I am made to sit in the last row in my class. If I ask anything, the teacher expels me from the class. Because of such conduct of the teachers, the other students also maintain a distance from me.”

Teachers made discrimination:

Here’s what the boy told media persons,

“I joined the school two months back. No one talked to me because teachers asked them not to. Teachers and students taunted me.”

His father, who belongs to Hapur, owns a real estate and building material business. His mother told reporters that the bag of her son was checked daily as the administration of the school suspected gun in his bag.

A case has been filed by cops under Section 305 of IPC for the abetment of suicide of a child. Police will take further action against the accused after the report comes.

Serious action is needed in this case as this time, the teachers have left humanity, behaved like rowdies and tried to bully a student. What do you have to say in this regard?

Judwaa 2 Beats Tubelight On The First Day. Varun Dhawan Is Rocking The Screens

Varun Dhawan, Taapsee Pannu & Jacqueline Fernandez starrer “Judwaa 2” has enjoyed a wonderful response at the Box Office and the occupancy rates have been a proof of that.

Since a long time, there was buzz about Judwaa 2 being a hit due to 2 reasons. Firstly, it gets inspiration from the original Salman starrer “Judwaa” and secondly, it stars Varun Dhawan, the hit machine.

Many people love that David Dhawan style & hence, they were eager to watch it. Official collections are yet to be out and we can’t wait to know how much it earned on the opening day.

Forget the collections, Judwaa 2 has already beaten Tubelight in terms of occupancy.

Judwaa 2 beats Tubelight!

Yes, this is true! Tubelight had reported an occupancy rate of 40 percent on the first day, while Judwaa 2 has recorded an occupancy rate of a whopping 60 percent. Tubelight had received a very slow response in spite of being a Salman Khan starrer; for Judwaa 2, it’s actually a big thing to beat the occupancy rate of a Salman movie.

However, it couldn’t beat Bahubali 2, Raees and Jab Harry Met Sejal. The calculations have been made as per early reports.

1. Gangs of Wasseypur

Anurag Kashyap’s “Gangs Of Wasseypur” is the longest film of Bollywood from the perspective of screen time. It’s 319 minutes or 5 hours 19 minutes long; however, it was not practical to release such a long movie at one time and hence, it got released in two parts in the same year but the whole movie was shot at one time only. The release date of the first part is 22 June, 2012 while the second part was released on 8 August, 2012.

2. LOC Kargil

Released in 2003, J. P. Dutta’s “LOC Kargil” is the second longest Hindi movie with the screen time of 255 minutes or 4 hours 15 minutes.

3. Mera Naam Joker

Raj Kapoor’s “Mera Naam Joker” is remembered even today for its amazing song “Jeena Yahan Marna Yahan”. The flick got released on 18 December, 1970, and its screen time is 244 minutes or 4 hours 4 minutes.

4. Sangam

“Sangam” is considered as the magnum opus of Raj Kapoor. Released on 18 June 1964, it was his first ever colour film. The classic romantic movie had a screen time of 238 minutes or 3 hours 58 minutes.

5. Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India

Ashutosh Gowariker’s “Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India” starring Aamir Khan and Gracy Singh in lead roles was released on 15 June, 2001, and was among the biggest box office hits of the year. It was nominated for Oscar and won many awards. Talking about its screen time, the flick is 224 minutes or 3 hours 44 minutes long.

6. Mohabbatein

Aditya Chopra’s musical romantic drama starring Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai in lead roles had a screen time of 216 minutes or 3 hours 36 minutes. It was the second highest Bollywood grosser of 2000 after “Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai”, the debut movie of Hrithik Roshan.

7. Salaam-e-Ishq: A Tribute to Love

Nikhil Advani’s romantic drama proved to be a disaster on the box office despite the fact that it had many stars like Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Govinda, Akshaye Khanna, John Abraham, Priyanka Chopra, Juhi Chawla, Vidya Balan, Isha Koppikar, Ayesha Takia, etc. The movie was released on 26 January 2007 with a screen time of 216 minutes or 3 hours 36 minutes.

8. Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna

Starring Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan and Preity Zinta in pivotal roles, Karan Johar’s movie released on 11 August, 2006 and had a screen time of 215 minutes or 3 hours 35 minutes.

9. Narsimha

Released on 5 July, 1991, N. Chandra’s action drama movie was 214 minutes or 3 hours 34 minutes long. It starred Sunny Deol, Dimple Kapadia, Urmila Matondkar, Om Puri and Ravi Behl and was a commercial success.

10. Jodhaa Akbar

Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai starrer historical romance was released on 15 February, 2008 with a screen time of 214 minutes of 3 hours 24 minutes.
